Assigning and Updating Text
ATSUI provides the following functions for assigning and updating text in a text layout object:
ATSUSetTextPointerLocation
assigns or updates text accessed with a pointer.
ATSUSetTextHandleLocation
assigns or updates text accessed with a handle.
